Robert & Anna are a fabulous couple. Robert won't mind me saying he is rather laid back and takes everything in his stride. He designs football stadiums for a living so would need to be cool and collected I guess. Anyway, their wedding took place at the lovely Holy Trinity Church in Bulcote. It was also on the hottest day of the year!! Afterwards they had their ceremony at Notts County Football Club in a beautiful suite.
The day started well and whilst Anna was getting ready, her Dad decide to cut the lawn - strange things happen I guess! Anna was very relaxed and she had a lot of giggles whilst getting ready. Dad had to hacksaw the bridal bouquet as the stems were too long and he also didn't get changed until the very last minute. We were made to feel very welcome by the 2 lovely bridesmaids who kept us supplied with tea whilst they got themselves ready as well!
Once Anna got to the Church she was met by an amazing vicar who was very accommodating in allowing us to photograph Anna & Roberts ceremony. All of the family and friends were inside the church, in the stifling heat and it wasn't too long before Anna made her entrance to many gasps and wows!!
The day went brilliantly for all despite Robert trying to hide his laughter during his Best Mans speech - he was laughing uncontrollably throughout it - it was one of the best speeches we have heard from a Best Man!
The food was brilliant and Notts County Football Club certainly know how to cater for their guests. They were very professional nothing was any trouble to them. We even got a 150 year old football to play with! Take a look their site for more details http://www.countyconference.co.uk/weddings
Here's a few photos for the fab day!
